Where do you ship?
We deliver anywhere in Costa Rica, for free. We currently do not ship internationally.
How long does delivery take?
3–4 business days from the moment your order is placed.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order within Costa Rica, with no minimum purchase.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every Yasmine piece is crafted by hand in our atelier in the Costa Rican jungle, using lace, crochet and silk. Because each piece is handmade, small variations make every item one of a kind.
How do I choose my size?
Many of our pieces are one size and designed with adjustable ties for a flattering fit. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we'll be happy to help you choose.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, with original tags attached. Swimwear bottoms, intimates, sale items and custom or bridal pieces are final sale. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Can I visit you in person?
Of course. You'll find us in our shops in Nosara and Santa Teresa, open 10:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Do you make bridal or custom pieces?
Yes. For bridal and custom designs, visit our Bridal Fittings page or contact us to book an appointment.
How should I care for my piece?
We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry, away from direct sun. Please check the care label on each item.
